Information Lazypaws stores

When you sign in, Lazypaws stores your email address and account identifier. If you add them, it also stores your name, phone number, city and veterinary clinic details. Pet profiles and care plans can include pet names, species, breed, age, weight, routines, meals, medicines, vaccinations, appointments, health notes and PawPal conversation history. You choose what to enter.

How information is used

Lazypaws uses your email to send a one-time sign-in code and to associate your pets’ records with your account. Care-plan information is synchronized so you can use it on your signed-in devices, and is used to show the features you request in the app. Lazypaws does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Where information is stored and shared

Account and care-plan information is sent over HTTPS to the Supabase project configured for Lazypaws. Database rules restrict each account to its own care-plan record. Supabase processes and stores this information to provide authentication and cloud storage. The configured email delivery provider processes your email address to deliver sign-in codes. The public Lazypaws website is hosted by the provider selected by the creator, which may process ordinary connection logs such as IP address and browser details.

Links to veterinary, shopping or other pet-service websites open those providers’ sites. Those providers handle information under their own privacy notices. Lazypaws does not send your pet profile to them.

Local storage and backups

Lazypaws keeps a device copy of your care plan to support the interface and offline use. You can download a backup from Settings. A downloaded backup is outside Lazypaws’ control; store it somewhere private and delete it when you no longer need it. Signing out does not delete your account or its cloud data.

Retention and deletion

Your account and associated care-plan record are retained until you delete the account. To delete them, sign in and choose Settings → Delete account. This removes the account from Supabase Auth and the linked care-plan row from the active database. Files you previously exported and copies retained temporarily in provider backups may not be removed by that action. If you cannot sign in, contact the support address below.

Security

Sign-in codes are single-use, and requests and cloud data use HTTPS. Database access is limited with row-level security. No online service can guarantee absolute security; use a device lock, keep your email account secure and avoid including unnecessary sensitive details in notes.

Lazypaws helps organize pet-care information. PawPal is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose or replace professional veterinary care. Contact a veterinarian for medical decisions or urgent symptoms.
